Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement with prior notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for migrating your website and data to another hosting provider. We may delete all data associated with your account upon termination.

Limitation of Liability:
We shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of our hosting services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the hosting services during the previous billing cycle.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our hosting services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
